Not on a 3rd party site that I've never heard of before. If Adobe were offering something like that, then it would be on their website.
I've never heard of that before, and I advised against it. He recently deactivated his creative cloud account as he found a website that sells cd keys for lifetime access for the whole creative cloud. But his team members love that they can use his account. I use my own account as I hate having to struggle with team members for access or keeping asking the assistant for OTPs and try log in to do work.
He lets his team use it for editing and graphic design for his business. Someone who isn't me (a client of mine) has the adobe creative cloud that he's had for a few years now.
